ConPriDigm AvatarAll of the following patterns are synthesized from multiple dictionaries and multiple definitions –  the result of the Pattern Engine – the proteins of Quality DNA. They are unbiased from the perspective that they are denotative.

If patterns are understood then the meaning of quality will follow.


Meaning is a message that is intended, expressed in words that capture value, effectiveness, and significance. It is a clearly formulated lesson, moral or important idea with the purpose that passes from communicator to a receiver to instruct what it is about for accomplishing a guided plan to reach or accomplish an objective. Meaning is a systematic means of communicating a perception and the extent of an anticipated outcome.  Meaning is what you must know to guide planned actions that depends on the concepts that are that are used for expression and is spoken or written in units of language or its representation in text.  It results in the explication of worth, importance, or usefulness to meet needs and wants. Purpose is a rational stated motive for an expected state.  Purpose explains or justifies why something happened that was caused by some previous phenomenon. Purpose represents a likely final state, achievement or result and is associated with the process of logical thinking as a consequence of another action, condition, or event that solves a problem or explains how to solve a problem. Purpose is the reason for which something exists, or for which it has been done or made, and is manifested as an anticipated outcome that is intended or guides planned actions to achieve a desired result.  (Pattern Engine – Purpose n=12  ©2013)


Theory is the organized system and body of rules and ideas that apply to a subject, especially when observed distinctly from actual practice and manifested as a set of facts, propositions, or principles analyzed in their relation to one another and used, especially in science, resulting in thought and a belief  that can guide explanation, behavior and Comprehension of phenomena.  To understand theory you must understand its allied conceptual patterns.

SYSTEM: A systematic association of different but independent, coherent, and interrelated elements. A system comprises a unified, complex, whole combining related ideas or principles. A system organizes or arranges information following a logical order or recurrent pattern of specific groups according to a plan. The plan is comprised of systematic techniques encompassing the technical knowledge and skill needed to accomplish an objective. (Pattern Engine – System n=12 © 2013)

RULE: The formulation of general concepts by abstracting common properties of instances from detailed facts to general principles. A rule is a statement or conclusion that is derived from and applies equally to a number of cases. A rule is constructed of many parts offering instructions for making comparisons of important underlying laws or assumptions required in a system of thought. A rule is accepted by a group or individual that has a major influence on the way something is done. A rule prescribes generalized guidance of authoritative principles that are accepted as true. A rule and can be used as a basis for reasoning, conduct or action that results in a guide for prescribing standards. (Pattern Engine – Rule n=12 © 2013)

IDEA: A thought resulting in a personal belief or judgment that is not founded on proof or certainty; existing in the mind as a product of mental activity or awareness. An idea requires thought and reason while considering something carefully. An idea promotes understanding after due consideration resulting in drawing conclusions regarding a situation and helps to make good decisions about what is going on in the world or about the latest developments in a sphere of activity. An idea requires having knowledge or understanding of the subject, issue, or situation at the present time based on information or experience. PRACTICE: An established customary way of operation especially one that has developed through experience and knowledge that results in translating an idea into action. A practice is activity performed after exposure to events or people over a period of time that leads to an increase in knowledge or skill. A practice is the result of direct participation in events or activities that you get from life and from being in a lot of different situations that makes something carry out its function, or controlling or managing the way it works as a planned activity or set of actions to achieve something or to cause something to happen or achieve a specific purpose. FACTS: Something that has reality and is the truth or the actual existence of something as opposed to the suppositions of something or a belief about something. A fact is a statement or assertion that has been subjected to verification. It is a state that makes an idea, proposition or principle certain. Facts present evidence that exist objectively. Facts prove something is correct and are based on experience that determines how things appear to an individual. (Pattern Engine – Facts n=12 © 2013)

PROPOSITION: A proposal offered in the form of a statement presented for the purpose of discussion or evaluation and may be accepted or rejected. A proposition is the result of analysis and an act of assertion. A proposition is a stated intention communicating what something is about. A proposition expresses an idea or set of facts in definite terms, and in a formal way. A proposition provides evidence that something is true regarding completed or ongoing activities in order to judge its value, quality, importance, extent or condition. PRINCIPLE: A basic assumption concerning a natural phenomenon or its function in a complex system of thought that is accepted as true and can be used as a basis for reasoning or conduct. A principle is characterized by coherent and logical thinking. A principle is a statement that is believed to be true and from which conclusions can be drawn about something in an intelligent sensible way in order to make a decision, form an opinion, find results, or draw conclusions. A principle is dependent and may vary with one or more other factors or qualities.(Pattern Engine – Principle n=12 © 2013)

RELATION: An abstraction belonging to two entities resulting in a meaningful connection or association, one based on the similarity or relevance of one thing to another. A relation is a formulation that links and connects ideas. A relation brings two thoughts, events or feelings together in memory or imagination that are not associated to real situations or practical experiences or any specific instances as in the case of one causing the other or sharing features from concrete examples. SCIENCE: A systematically organized body of knowledge that produces solutions in some problem domain through systematic observation and testing of natural phenomena in a search for general laws and conclusive evidence. Science is a method that provides a general awareness and an element of proof. It is a specialized form of understanding or skill leading to the possession of information, facts, ideas, truths or principles. Science is perception, learning and reasoning based on knowledge and the existence of truth that helps in the formulation of conclusions culminating in successful problem solving and answers. THOUGHT: The ability to think and reason while using your mind and making the effort to consider something carefully to reach an understanding. Thought is a natural tendency toward a series of actions at the center of consciousness. Thought is the seat of the faculty of reason that generates, feelings, ideas, and perceptions, stores knowledge and memories and judges, understands and directs to perform or do something well to achieve a purpose advance a principle or achieve a particular end. BELIEF: Any cognitive content or doctrine in which confidence is placed and is accepted as true. Belief is a rule that sums up freedom from doubt. Belief is a collection of what has been perceived, discovered, or learned about various issues, topics, or questions dealt with in speech, discussion, or a piece of writing and accepted as authoritative by some group or school and is taught or advocated in a proper, trustworthy or reliable manner. EXPLANATION:  A thoughtful statement that makes something comprehensible by describing the relevant structure with details and reasons. An explanation is a complex composition of motive and ability. Explanation is a process for acting rationally or thinking in a particular way and presented in a statement that justifies an action made up of interrelated knowledge as elements and their combinations organized or arranged into a whole while considering something carefully that promotes understanding. BEHAVIOR: Observable activity in which a person, organism, or group responds to a specific set of conditions to product a result. Behavior is an aggregation of actions as the result of an idea. A behavior is action taken to an influence or stimulus evoked because of some experience and done in reaction to and caused by some previous phenomenon and performed in order to achieve a goal. COMPREHENSION: An ability and capacity of the mind to seize information for perceiving and understanding knowledge. Comprehension is accumulated knowledge that results in awareness and possession of verified data.  Comprehension  results from active involvement in an activity by learning and instruction or exposure to events or people over a period of time that leads to an increase in knowledge or skill that germinates from combination of data, facts, ideas, truths, principles, experience and individual interpretation that can be shown to be true, to exist, or to have happened. PHENOMENA: A perceptible occurrence known through the senses rather than by intuition or reason by which a person obtains information about the physical world. A phenomena is a state resulting in the faculty of definite knowledge. A phenomena is perceived stimuli regarding the physical world and its apprehension resulting in a fact or act that is received and understood and acquired through study or experience or instruction. A concept is the most basic understanding of something that is an abstract or general idea formed by mentally combining all its characteristics or particulars; a construct. A concept represents assembled and enlightened intelligence.  It is a formulation of the mind or a thought that is not necessarily connected with what is real, proven or tangible and may be created from other, simpler ideas by putting together separate parts in an ordered way that results in the capacity for rational thought or inference or discrimination and the ability to perceive and explain the meaning or nature of somebody or something. A pattern is a general concept formed by extracting common features from specific examples. Patterns are distinct and unifying ideas that are simplified versions of something complex. They are used in analyzing and solving problems, making predictions or making a comparison that is perceived as an entity. A pattern is a recurrent idea expanded in a discourse due to a special set of circumstances. They are considered as a whole, belong together, referred to by name and serve as a master from which other similar things can be made, copied, or used as the basis for a related idea, process, or system.
